Hangars & Tiedowns

The Port of Camas/Washougal has a total of 79 hangars and 14 tie-downs for lease. The Port requires a 2-month minimum lease period, and then month-to-month thereafter. If you are interested in renting a hangar or tie-down, or for more information, please call the Port Office (360) 835-2196 x103 during normal business hours. Waiting List

NEW HANGAR RATES EFFECTIVE JAN. 1ST

The Commissioners reviewed and increased hangar rates at Grove Field by 5% in November of 2008, with an effective date of January 1, 2009. Future rate adjustments will be effective January 1st of each year, per Resolution 9-07. Please see the link at the left for current rates.

Amendment to Hangar Lease

In February 2005, the Port Commissioners approved an amendment to the hangar leases to allow storage of tenant-owned, operational, non-aviation motor vehicles. To date, the Commissioners have reviewed and renewed the amendment annually. [Note: Per the Amendment: The Port reserves the right to terminate storage of non-aviation motor vehicles within the hangars at Grove Field Airport at any time.] All interested Grove Field hangar tenants may download the Amendment, complete it and turn it into the Port Office.
