The Marina

Located on the beautiful Columbia River, 5 miles east of Portland (river mile 121.7), the Port's Marina consists of over 350 moorage slips. Moorage is available for 20' to 40' vessels, in covered and uncovered areas. Moorage tenants may take advantage of the many amenities the Marina has to offer.

Moorage Rates

Moorage rates are based on the current Tariff Schedule. Marina tenants who reside in the Port District receive a $5.00 discount on their monthly rates. Annual rates are available for all moorage slips - pay for 11 months and get 1 month free. All rates include the 12.84%
WA State Leasehold Tax.

Annual Rates Available

Marina tenants have the opportunity to take advantage of a reduced yearly rate: When paying for 11 months in a single payment, the 12th month is free! In addition, payment of the yearly rate freezes the rate for the duration of the year, regardless of any rate hikes during that 12-month period. [The yearly rate must be paid at the beginning of the month.] Moorage on the breakwater dock or the east dock is available during the summer months only and, therefore, the reduced annual rate does not apply.
