David Ripp - Executive Director david@portcw.com

David Ripp joined the Port in January 2008 as Executive Director, bringing with him over 13 years of Port leadership experience. Mr. Ripp is responsible for the overall operations, capital improvement projects, and management of the Port’s 400-acre Industrial Park, including Capt. William Clark Park; the 79-hangar general aviation Airport; and the 350-slip pleasure boat Marina.

Scot Walstra - Director of Planning and Development scot@portcw.com

Scot Walstra joined the Port in 2007. His responsibilities include planning, developing land-use strategies and government relations. A key staff team member on major projects, Scot also analyzes economic development impacts to meet Port business objectives, and markets available Port properties and building space.

Mary Murphy - Executive Assistant  mary@portcw.com

Mary joined the Port in 1994, and works directly with the Executive Director, the Director of Planning & Development, and the Commission. She is the Port’s Public Information Officer, and is a key staff team member on a wide variety of projects. Mary also authors the Port's monthly newsletter.

Jack Hardy - Communications Manager  jack@portcw.com

Hired in April of 2009 to fill the new position of Communications Manager, Jack Hardy brings 20+ years of public relations experience in local government, non-profit agencies, technology businesses and various consumer and business-to-business companies. In this new part-time position, Jack will oversee public relations, advertising and marketing communications, enhancing the Port’s ongoing dialogue with the public.

Larry Connolly - Project Manager  larry@portcw.com

Larry joined the Port in the summer of 1998 as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. Promoted to Project Manager in 2008, Larry brings a high level of expertise and years of experience to this position. Larry is also a Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead, which includes expertise in stormwater regulations.

Kim Noah - Finance Director  kim@portcw.com

Kim joined the Port in 2007 as Finance Director and Auditor. Her education and experience in the public sector and the field of business are assets to the Port. Kim is responsible for overseeing the accounting staff, budgeting, and the day-to-day financial aspects of the Port, as well as Financial Statements, Audit Compliance, and the Port’s Annual Budget.

Jen Blomgren - Accountant jen@portcw.com

Jen joined the Port in June 2006 to handle Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other related duties. In 2008, she took on the additional responsibility of Human Resources, and is an active and involved member of the Port’s Safety Team. Jen’s high standards and attention to detail serve the Port well.

Debra Itzen - Accounts Payable Manager debra@portcw.com

Debra joined the Port in 2001. Recently appointed Accounts Payable Manager, Debra’s strong work ethic is a natural fit for the detailed recordkeeping and problem-solving that come with this additional responsibility. Debra also continues to utilize her excellent customer service skills working with Marina tenants.

Jennifer Rilatos – Office Assistant jennifer@portcw.com

Jennifer joined the Port in 2008 and acts as the tenants’ first contact and as a support to the staff as a whole. Jennifer handles the moorage, hangar and tie-down leases, and her experience in customer service is apparent as she skillfully assists tenants at the front counter and answers the phone with her quiet voice and cheerful greeting.

Gary Pachl - Maintenance Supervisor gary@portcw.com

Gary joined the Port in 1997, and has been promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. He oversees a crew of four full-time employees, along with the summertime temporary employees, working together to maintain the Port’s assets at the Marina, Grove Field Airport, and the Industrial Park, including Capt. William Clark Park.

Jeramy Wilcox – Maintenance Assistant III jeramy@portcw.com

Jeramy Wilcox joined the Port in October 2008 in the position of Maintenance Assistant III. A skilled electrician, and mechanic, Jeramy is also knowledgeable in carpentry, welding and fabrication. He is based in the Industrial Park, but assists as needed at the Airport and in the Marina.

Mike joined the Port in 2007 to assist in all areas of the Maintenance Dept. A loyal and committed employee, his background in vehicle / heavy equipment repair, and welding and fabrication skills make him a valuable asset to the maintenance crew.

Doris Tillman - Lead Landscaper  doris@portcw.com

Doris joined the Port in 1999. She is directly responsible for the manicured lawns, the seasonal flowers, and the tidy look of the Port's property - Marina, Airport, Industrial Park, and Capt. William Clark Park. Doris’ skills have helped make the Port a destination spot for many in the community.

Mark Hamrick - Harbormaster  mark@portcw.com

Mark joined the Port in 2005, in the role of Maintenance Assistant. Promoted to Harbormaster in 2007, he works in the Marina area, checking the docks and boats, overseeing the trailer parking area, responding to tenants’ needs, and maintaining a safe and secure place for the public to enjoy their boats.
